5 cm multi Androgynoceras lataecosta and bivalves, Lower Pliensbachian Charmouth
A unusual green ammonite nodule containing a group of Androgynoceras lataecosta ammonites and some bivalves from the Green Ammonite beds - found on Charmouth beach. the whole group of fossils contained inside the bowled out nodule measure 5 cm across. The largest ammonite measures 3 cm across it's widest part.
Lower Pliensbachian, Stonebarrow Marl Member, Charmouth Mudstone Formation, Green ammonite beds.
