A sculptural piece containing a 7 cm Androgynoceras Lataecosta ammonite, found on Charmouth beach. While removing the matrix from the ammonite some stone was left and sculpted. Nothing has been added to the piece.
No restoration or repairs. Freestanding on a cut base.
Lower Pliensbachian, Stonebarrow Marl Member, Charmouth Mudstone Formation, Green ammonite beds.
