9 cm Androgynoceras lataecosta ammonite - Charmouth Beach

A nodule containing a 9 cm Androgynoceras ammonite - found on Charmouth beach. Prepared within it's nodule, the ammonite shows good preservation with some poor preservation in the centre due to a natural calcite fault running through the rock. 
 
No restoration or repairs.
 
Lower Pliensbachian, Stonebarrow Marl Member, Charmouth Mudstone Formation, Green ammonite beds.
