Hybodont shark fossil, skin, headspine and tooth, Lyme Regis, Black Ven
A very uncommon partial hybodont shark fossil, showing lots of skin, a partial head spine still rooted in the skin and a tooth. Cymbites, promicroceras and asteroceras ammonites are also present. A really unusual piece.
The stone measures 9.5 cm across it's widest part.
